纯文档修正（BEACO-235）

仅修改 wanxiang/docs/operations/database-backup.md：full-backup-interval:6 按 executionCount % 6 == 0 说明；10-18 卡住批次及 coder-pg-4 手动恢复点明确标为历史；Forbid 阻止并发，不代表计划时刻永久不补跑，补建受活动 Job 结束时间、startingDeadlineSeconds 和 missed-schedule 判定约束；10-18 Longhorn 抓取缺口记录同日 #280 恢复验收。未重新采样或进行任何备份/存储处置。

最终版本

  • head：e0b19420a24fb98afc9397525507c714d316fab0
  • base/main：2e4a4cc808fd31ef21c20eafe9978ffa8aac6d23
  • 两提交：45568e13f20dc3efdd3d902240c0ae661316450e → e0b19420a24fb98afc9397525507c714d316fab0；签名均 Forgejo verified=true。
  • 本轮 main 从 3476c912 前进到 2e4a4cc 后再次无冲突 rebase；两提交 range-diff 均为等价，最终差异1文件、+30/-4，父链包含当前 main，当前可 FF。
  • 旧 5fd772c、3f3d762 及其批准/CI绑定全部撤回。

本地 docs-i18n、diff --check 通过。新 head CI：push docs4398/Nix4399/secrets4400，PR docs4401/Nix4402/secrets4403；最终状态见该 SHA 的实际检查，不沿用上一轮绿灯。policy/merge-gate 等待本精确 SHA 的人工批准。

队列

建议先合本 PR。#282 当前同基线，任一个合入后另一个必须重新核对真实 main/按需 rebase；不承诺两者同时直接 FF。#287 保持 WIP，待 #279 合入及其生产存储策略获批后再最终对齐。

本 PR 无运行态影响；回滚为后续文档 revert PR。本轮未 approve/merge，未触发备份处置。
